Summit Nanotech places 2nd at the Energy New Ventures Competition
Summit Nanotech places 2nd in the venture stream of the Energy New Ventures Competition, earning a $15,000 cash prize, $5000 in William Joseph Marketing Services, $800 in consulting hours with TSGI, a $600 4 week Work Space from Infusion Coworking, and a Mentoring Session with Executive Director Joelle Foster from the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking valued at $1000. Summit Nanotech also receives an invite to pitch to a group of 50 international investors at the Banff Springs Hotel on June 7.
The Energy New Venture Competition is Canada’s leading early-stage pitch competition dedicated to the advancement of emerging innovations for the energy sector. The single-day competition, hosted by the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking, is designed to introduce promising start-ups to an incredible network of investors and industry leaders, and offers a pitch training program led by Platform Calgary (formerly known as Calgary Technologies Inc).
