COMMERCIALIZATION ADMINISTRATOR

Working within the Commercialization Department, the Commercialization Administrator will be supporting sales and marketing administrative activities. The role touches multiple departments within Summit and acts as the coordinator to ensure deliverables are met. In addition, this role will have a diverse array of responsibilities, including database management, reporting, and general administrative support for our growing Commercialization team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers, schedules activities, and manages tasks on contracts, agreements, and other documents to support the company’s commercialization goals. Includes coordination contributions of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participation and support in customer meetings, internal meetings, and other stakeholder engagement.

  • Track, analyze and report on market intelligence supporting our business development initiatives.

  • Develops a deep understanding of Summit’s existing contracts, actions required, and stakeholders affected both internally and externally.

  • General administrative assistance for commercialization team such as data entry, research, analytics, reporting, travel planning, expenses and other administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

  • 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination, administration or similar role

  • Highly effective communication skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with CRM software would be considered an asset

  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline motivated

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving business and technical environment

  • Spanish language skills would be considered an asset.
