Colleen holds a breadth of experience across HR, encompassing over 20 years of expertise in leadership coaching, change management, talent and organizational performance as well as shared services management. Much of her career has been spent partnering with business leaders to solve complex challenges, and to attract and develop strong, balanced teams.
Colleen has earned a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from the University of Calgary and holds the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources. Colleen’s passion is fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace that balances people and strategy.
